Sr. CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR - Germantown, MD

JOB DESCRIPTION

?Review Modifications and Task Orders, maintain Contract file documentation

?Prepare and distribute closeout documentation packages to the Contracting Officer, following up on the documentation required, performing the analysis for completion of closeouts and performing all functions in accordance with closeout policies and procedures.

?Proven Client relationship management talent

?Assists in the preparation of proposals




REQUIREMENTS

?Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration. Knowledge of business principles such as Purchasing, Subcontracts Administration, Business and Contract Law, Finance and Accounting.

?Comprehensive knowledge of US Government service-type cost reimbursable; T&M,CPFF, fixed price contracts and GSA contracting inclusive of in-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations

?5 - 7 years of diversified experience in the field of contracts administration

?Needs to be detail orientated and have strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

?Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment and have excellent Customer Service skills.

?Ability to interface well with both internal and external customers.

?Word and Excel
